onespace unlimited was tasked with creating the design for this charming rural residence in 1995. Later, in 2002, the firm was tasked with designing a new upper level link above the current ground floor space.

The new addition was planned to harmonize with the original house in terms of materials and size. The clients' requirements included two additional bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom.

 

The extension provided new outdoor amenities next to the pool, such as a covered dining space and a raised deck with a view.
