Completed in 1993, the client's vision included a three-bedroom home with a three-car garage situated on a 100-acre site, designed to embody a traditional rural style home.

The primary structure of the house features a bar-shaped layout housing amenities such as the library, foyer, kitchen, laundry room, and garage.

The living room and dining room extend perpendicularly to the main structure, blending into the surrounding landscape.

On the second floor, distinct blocks are arranged, with the east block hosting the upper foyer area and guest room, while the west block above the garage accommodates the master bedroom and ensuite. The interior detailing, especially highlighted in the library on the ground floor, complements the overall aesthetic of the house.
