​An empathetic expansion was made to a historically recognized home, primarily extending towards the back of the property. The renovation included the addition of a new family room, sunroom, garage, kitchen, breakfast area, master bedroom with an ensuite, and accommodations for a guest suite above the garage. By expanding the rear section of the house, the design purposefully directed views towards the existing swimming pool and herb garden, enhancing the overall aesthetic and functionality of the residence.
