Rod joined Atkins Architects as a principal in 2000, and has received many accolades for his projects in retail, commercial, assembly, hotels and mixed-use projects of various sizes and locations. These include interior renovations to Hilton Hotel, Markham, interior design for Cineplex Odeon Cinemas, and Toronto's Dorchester Boutique Hotel. Rod has gained a name in the residential arena, attracting attention and awards for his recent condominium design projects. Some of his recent work can be seen in California Condominium, ilofts, at Mystic Pointe, and "R" Hot Condominium.
